The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The quadruple room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was delicious, and the tours they organized were fantastic. I'll definitely stay again!

Bathroom drains emit a foul odor, and it takes a solid 10 minutes for hot water to flow, forcing you to waste water while waiting. Breakfast hours are limited, operating only from 8-10 am, which feels restrictive for early travelers. For a family of four, only one water bottle is provided daily, insufficient when you consider the expense of your stay. The swimming pool remained empty, and some roaming dogs might not appeal to all guests.

The double shower was a nice feature, but the shower head was positioned too high for my comfort. While there was a good variety for breakfast, the cooked options could be improved for better service. Overall, there were some small details that can make a difference.

The Standard Twin Room was super spacious and comfy! I loved that it had a mini bar and a hairdryer. The balcony view of the hot air balloons was stunning! But, it was a bummer that there was no in-room ironing facility, and I found the communal ironing room a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great stay!

The reception staff provided an exceptional welcome, easily making us feel at home. We checked in early, which was a plus, only waiting 30 mins to access our room. The balcony view was stunning, allowing us to enjoy the garden view each morning.
